Gramma's Jams and Jellies
Rupplelberry jam
5 cups Rhubarb cut fine
5 cups sugar
1 cup water
cook 10 minutes add
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
cook 10 minutes remove from heat
add 2 pkgs strawberry jello
(it didn't say size of jello pkgs but I'm guessing the smaller size for a recipe this size)
That's all there is then on the back of the card it looks like a recipe for plain old strawberry jam:
Strawberry Freezer Jam
3 cups mashed strawberries in a 9 x 13 cake pan
sprinkle with surjell -stir-
let sit 20 minutes
put 4 cups sugar over
let stand 24 hours
put in jars and put in freezer
Rhubarb Cherry Jam
6 cups diced rhubarb
3 cups sugar
mix and let stand overnight
Next day, bring to boil and cook 15 minutes.
Add 1 can cherry pie filling.
Stir and boil another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add one 6 oz pkg of cherry flavored jello
stir well
cool and refrigerate or freeze
