Luscious Fudgy Brownies
Though I'm keeping my eyes open for canning and summer jam recipes I found this and thought I'd post it.
It is an attempt to be healthy and I believe it is a newer recipe from grammas stash
1 cup sugar or splenda
3 Tbs melted butter
3 Tbsp reduced fat vanilla yogurt
1 egg lightly beaten
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/8 tsp salt
In a small bowl mix sugar, butter, yogurt . Stir in egg till blended
combine flour, cocoa and salt , stir into sugar mixture
Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes till toothpick comes out clean
cut in 8 pieces then cut those pieces diagonally in half
I believe this uses an 8 or 9 inch square pan.
