Raspberry Streusel Squares
I remember Gramma making these, but I remember the recipe being on a note card...perhaps I'll come across that eventually. I've seen similar recipes in more modern cookbooks/magazines. We've made them many times using whatever jam/jelly we have on hand. Always a delicious delight.
This one is from a 1972 Redbook magazine(is that even a thing anymore?)
this is one recipe that could easily be adapted for allergen friendly eats
leave out the nuts, and use olive oil, and probably could swap out gluten free flours if you needed to.)
